The first step in drawing will be the designation of the general features of the angel. In the form of a circle we draw the head, and the dress is drawn triangular in shape. The sides of the dress do not have straight lines, they are slightly convex, pay attention to this.

First draw the arms folded together, then the sleeves. After that, proceed to the hair. Notice that the head is tilted down, so the bangs are located below the middle of the head, and the top of the head in the area marked with an asterisk. When you have drawn the hair, draw the nymph on the head, but it is not on top as you usually draw it, but is right on top of the head, like a hoop.

Draw the wings on the angel. At the bottom of the dress draw a curve just above the bottom and proportionally draw three small circles.

Next, draw the eyes closed. Decorate the garment with dots on the sleeves and bottom of the dress. Near the throat draw the collar. That's all the angel is ready. It only remains to paint.
